Iwi-backed group buys Cardinal Logistics

A consortium including five iwi commercial entities and New Zealand family offices has acquired nationwide third-party logistics provider Cardinal Logistics for an undisclosed sum. Cardinal has been sold to Cardinal Logistics Holdings LP, a New Zealand investment entity established to own the business.
