Ithaca domestic incident involving child leads to arrest

An Ithaca resident was charged Friday after police responded to a reported domestic incident involving a child on the Commons, according to the Ithaca Police Department. Police said officers were called around 1:30 p.m., but the suspect had left the area with the child before they arrived.
