Ireland’s Supermac’s loses latest trademark war with McDonald’s

Supermac’s has suffered another defeat in its trademark dispute with McDonald’s, after the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) determined the Irish chain’s branding is too close to the “Big Mac” trademark.
