INTERVIEW ⟩ Dmytro Kuleba: we need both presidential and parliamentary elections

Former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba believes the country should not wait until the end of the war to hold elections, because an excessively long pause is making the political system increasingly ineffective.
