Industry, Pa., man faces possession charges

LISBON —A secret indictment issued by the Columbiana County grand jury was served this week on Matthew K. Goatley, 28, of Industry, Pa., who is charged with five counts of drug possession. Goatley was allegedly found in possession of clonazepam, cocaine, buprehnorphine, oxycondone and fentanyl on June 9, 2017.
