India-Uzbekistan deepen defence ties, explore new avenues in military-industrial cooperation

India and Uzbekistan have elevated their bilateral relationship to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and agreed to further strengthen cooperation between their defence and security agencies, including through regular exchanges, institutional mechanisms, capacity-building, joint activities and cooperation in the defence industrial domain.
