Immigration chief outlines mandate before citizenship committee

Chief Migration Officer (CMO) of the Papua New Guinea Immigration and Citizenship Service Authority (ICSA), Wellington Navasivu told the Parliamentary Committee on Citizenship Matters that the agency administers four key legislations: the Citizenship Act 1975, Migration Act 1978, Passport Act 1982, and since 2022, the Appointment of Non-Citizens Act.
