IMF approves final US$371m disbursement as Ghana exits ECF programme

The Executive Board of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) has completed the sixth and final review of Ghana's 39-month Extended Credit Facility (ECF) programme, paving the way for a final disbursement of SDR265.9 million (about US$371 million).
