Huntington Beach council majority approves a 3-year, $9.8M police contract that mayor calls 'unsustainable'

The Huntington Beach City Council voted 4-3 on Tuesday night to approve a contract for the Police Officers Assn., which would give a three-year total raise of 17%, totalling nearly $10M over the length of the contract.
