Human Rights Watch Alleges Russian Airstrike Killed Civilians in Mali

Human Rights Watch has alleged that a Russian Africa Corps airstrike killed eight civilians, including three children, in Mali's Mopti region. The rights group said the strike targeted a village under JNIM control, while the claims remain independently unverified.
