Former Indian Ambassador to Russia, Ajai Malhotra, on Thursday backed the expansion of the Chennai-Vladivostok maritime corridor into a wider connectivity network through the Bering Strait, Northern Sea Route, and Northern Europe, calling it a huge opportunity for India.
