Highway 1 closed in Big Sur again as Timber and Plaskett fires burn

Cal Fire said that firefighters are still strengthening control lines and preparing areas for structure protection using hand crews, engines, heavy equipment as well as 14 helicopters and two fixed wing aircraft.
