Heat in Tunisia inadvertently delays delivery of new Dutch military clothing

New combat clothing will be distributed to Dutch military personnel later than planned. The delay is the indirect result of excessive heat in Tunisia, according to documents sent to Parliament on Friday by Ministry of Defense State Secretary Derk Boswijk.The delay could last at least four months, with the new clothing expected to be handed out to soldiers during the first quarter of next year. This was originally planned for September, the CDA politician said.
