A Turkish man who has been on the run since 2018 was recently discovered in Istanbul, living as a transgjian woman with a completely different view. Tugrul Bashar was convicted of three robberies committed while imitating a public official in 2010, but had managed to escape in 2018 to avoid a three-year prison sentence.
