Last night, winemakers and producers from across the country gathered in Melbourne for the prestigious 2027 Halliday Wine Companion Awards. Culminating a year of tastings from over 1,000 wineries, seven major trophies were presented alongside a suite of varietal awards. It was a night of cool-climate triumphs, with Tasmania and Victoria sharing the biggest accolades, alongside a historic victory for Queensland.
