HACC Appeals Chamber to hear Mykytas's appeal against pretrial detention with bail alternative of UAH 30 mln on Sept 1

The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court (AP HACC) will hear an appeal from Maksym Mykytas, a former lawmaker who is a suspect in a money-laundering and raiding case (the "Forrest Gump" and "Femida" operations), against the pretrial restraint imposed on him - detention with an alternative of UAH 30 million bail.
