Growing old as a migrant in Finland: "I feel like I’m driving half blind"

Finland’s population of elderly immigrants is still relatively small, but that will change in the coming decades as larger numbers of migrants reach retirement age. Finnish authorities still have not yet mapped the needs of this largely invisible group, but experience suggests they will need special services to deal with a language barrier, loneliness and lack of information about social and healthcare services.
