Greece's OTE agrees to sell stake in Telekom Romania Communications to Orange Romania

Greek telecom group OTE said on Monday it has entered into an agreement to sell its 54% stake in fixed-line operator Telekom Romania Communications for 268 million euro ($318 million) to Orange Romania, a unit of France Telecom's Internet and mobile arm Orange.
