GOVERNMENT IS SPENDING $496M TO COMPETE WITH GUYANESE BUSINESSES

The Government of Guyana must explain why it believes that spending `$496.3M of taxpayers’ money to establish a state - owned bottled - water plant is a greater priority than addressing the serious deficiencies in Guyana’s water - treatment and distribution infrastructure.
