With less than five months to go to the gubernatorial contest in Cross River State, opposition parties in the are perfecting their strategy to stage a major upset at the polls. The race for Peregrino House was, until recently, widely seen as a one-way contest in favour of the incumbent governor, Senator Bassey Otu, of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
