Four men arrested in Germany over asylum seeker's death

Four men have been arrested in Germany in connection with the death of a 23-year-old Somali refugee in the centre of The Hague last month, the Telegraaf said on Tuesday. The four, aged 19, 21 and 23, all live in Germany and the Dutch public prosecution service has asked for their extradition, the paper said.
