Four mainland men arrested over alleged extortion of prostitutes

The Judiciary Police (PJ) have arrested four mainland men suspected of extorting at least five women engaged in prostitution, allegedly collecting a total of HKD4,200 and subsequently losing the money at casinos. The case came to light on August 20, when the police received an anonymous report about suspected prostitution at a hotel in the NAPE area. Officers went to the hotel and intercepted two men in a guest room.
