Four council members want no talk about Phelps, one does, and Jankowski says no

City Councilman Paul Viele sent a statement Friday to The Batavian on behalf of him and fellow council members Derek Geib, Al McGinnis and Kathy Briggs “in light of recent media coverage surrounding the separation of Tom Phelps from the city of Batavia” to provide some clarification.
