Fire in a hospital nursery kills 14 newborns

ISLAMABAD (AP): A fire triggered by an exploding air conditioner killed 14 newborns in a hospital nursery in Pakistan’s capital yesterday, officials said. One baby of the 15 who were in the nursery at the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences was rescued, the hospital said.
