Finnish municipal leaders back stronger business role in public services

A majority of Finnish municipal decision-makers support greater involvement of businesses and organisations in public service delivery, according to a new survey commissioned by Suomen Yrittäjät. The results indicate that 84 percent of respondents back the use of pre-procurement market dialogue, while 62 percent support increased outsourcing of support services.
