Filip & Company assists Alpha Bank Romania in the acquisition of the retail operations of Orange Money Romania

Filip & Company law firm has assisted Alpha Bank with the completion of the acquisition of the retail activities including the digital payments application, credit card and e-money products, customer portfolio and employees of Orange Money Romania, the digital financial services provider of Orange Romania. The acquisition documents were signed in August 2023 and regulatory approvals have since been obtained.
