European Court of Justice rules Government of Bulgaria obliged to give national identity document to daughter of Bulgarian woman & her Gibraltarian wife

A Gibraltarian woman and her Bulgarian wife have managed to get the European Court of Justice to rule that the Government of Bulgaria is obliged to give their daughter a national identity document. This had been denied to the girl on the basis that she had two mothers.
