EU ministers seek crackdown after Ceuta surge

EU interior ministers have called for tougher anti-smuggling steps and stricter return policies after about 72,000 migrants entered Ceuta last week. Around 75 people died during the crossing, as the bloc also looked to closer cooperation with Morocco and other non-EU states.
