Endangered yellowheads thought lost in Arthur’s Pass are found alive after a volunteer hears them singing at dusk

Five endangered yellowheads (mohua) have turned up alive in the Poulter valley in Arthur's Pass, four years after a translocation of 41 birds was thought to have failed, spotted by a volunteer trapper at dusk.
