EIB: Romania Needs Good Projects To Get Funding

If the public authorities in Romania are interested to get infrastructure work funded, they must come up with good projects; so far, they have only been weak, Werner Hoyer, president of the European Investment Bank said in Luxemburg at the end of last week.
