DSAL launches training program for restaurant operations supervisors

The Labour Affairs Bureau (DSAL) has launched a training program with Sands China Limited to address local manpower needs in the restaurant industry. The program offers 25 places for residents seeking to become restaurant operations supervisor trainees. Running for about one month, the program combines theoretical and practical training, covering food service, wine, customer service and food safety.
