Developer eyes Portland Twp. site for housing - The Daily News

The Ionia County Brownfield Redevelopment Authority heard from Ben Striegle, the representative of a local developer who is working on a 24-unit housing project in Portland Township that is “in its infancy.” Striegle did not reveal the identity of the developer he represented to the Brownfield Authority during the meeting and nobody on the Authority asked. After the Authority's quarterly meeting adjourned Tuesday morning, Striegle told the Daily News that he represented a company called Dutch Developers.
