Departing EU ambassador praised Sri Lanka's progress a month after Chemmani visit

The European Union's outgoing ambassador to Sri Lanka, Carmen Moreno, congratulated the government on the progress it had achieved in several sectors, including the economy, in a meeting with the Sri Lankan Prime Minister Harini Amarasuriya on 20 August, a month after she led the EU delegation that visited the Chemmani mass grave.
