Dentons advises founders on the sale of a majority stake in BMF Grup to SARMIS Capital

Dentons law firm advised the founders of the BMF Grup – the largest integrated facility management company in Romania – on the sale of a majority stake in the company to the private equity fund SARMIS Capital. This is the largest investment in the facility management industry this year in Romania.
