Crime Prevention Must Begin Long Before Crime Takes Root, Says Minister Hippolyte

Saint Lucia’s response to crime must begin long before a young person becomes involved in criminal behaviour, Minister for Equity, Social Justice, Gender and Older Persons, Hon. Emma Hippolyte, has said, calling for a collective national effort to strengthen families, support young people and create pathways to opportunity.
