Court freezes Zeepay Ghana assets pending winding-up petition

The High Court in Accra has granted an interlocutory injunction restraining Zeepay Ghana Limited, its directors, shareholders, management, employees, agents and other persons from dealing with or interfering with the company’s management, assets and affairs pending the determination of a petition for its winding-up.
