Council of State Upholds Height Reduction for Coco-Mat Hotel in Athens Greek City Times

The Council of State, Greece's highest administrative court, has once again upheld a decision to reduce the height of the Coco-Mat hotel in Athens' Makrygianni neighborhood. The court rejected an appeal by Blue Cedar Investments, which challenged the Culture Ministry's order to lower the hotel's height to a maximum of 24 meters. The court dismissed the company’s claim that the building permit was valid, noting the permit had been withdrawn due to legal issues.
