Coastal Georgetown AAUW holds scholarship fundraiser

The Coastal Georgetown Branch of the American Association of University Women held its holiday basket raffle at the Wheelhouse Restaurant in Lewes Dec. 8 to benefit the organization's scholarship fund. This year, CG-AAUW will offer over $10,000 in college scholarships to the women and girls of Sussex County. The fundraising event included lunch, theme-centered baskets that were raffled off to members and their guests, and a collection for children's books that were donated to Primeros Pasos in Georgetown.
