City of Greenville takes next step toward expanding city limits along busy corridor

The Greenville City Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval Thursday of the rezoning of 87.46 acres along the Woodruff Road and Interstate 385 corridor, advancing a proposal that would annex approximately 135 acres into the city if approved by City Council.
