China Via CK Hutchison is Claiming More than $1.5 Billion from Panama Over its Exit from Two Ports.

The new procedure is in addition to the separate arbitration already being conducted by Panama Ports Company (PPC), a subsidiary of CK Hutchison, under the concession contract.
