China Stock Market May Spin Its Wheels On Tuesday

The China stock market has finished higher in two straight sessions, advancing almost 60 points or 1.5 percent in that span. The Shanghai Composite Index now sits just above the 3,980-point plateau although it's likely to move back to the downside again on Tuesday.
