China’s semiconductor exports surge 103.9% in Jan-Aug, driven by rising global demand for AI facilities

China’s integrated circuit (IC) exports reached $40.731 billion in August, while cumulative exports for the January-August period totaled $256.75 billion, up 103.9 percent year-on-year, according to data released by the General Administration of Customs (GAC) on Tuesday.
