China requires robotics industry development to suit local conditions and avoid blind rush

Development of the robotics industry must be tailored to local conditions and avoid blind imitation and a rushed, herd-like rush, in order to promote the steady and sustainable progress of the sector, an official from the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) told a press conference on Friday.
