Chemists eager to move into nearly-finished State Laboratory

The North Dakota State Laboratory is more than three times the size of a 50-year-old building that houses the Department of Environmental Quality and Health and Human Services. Both agencies do a lot of testing, whether it’s water, soil or diseases.
