ChattAcademy opens as Hamilton County’s first bilingual public school

At ChattAcademy Community School on Tuesday, students in Joseph Green's social studies class made their way through a passage about a water conservation campaign in Colombia. In one column, the text was in Spanish. In the other, the same text was written in English.
