Champagne Bureau Australia launches Champagne Education Prize

The Champagne Bureau Australia has launched the Champagne Education Prize, a new national professional development initiative that aims to provide emerging Australian sommeliers and hospitality and fine wine professionals with “the opportunity to deepen their understanding of Champagne through education, international experience and the opportunity to learn about Champagne at its source”.
