CCJ clears way for extradition case to proceed in Magistrates’ Court

The Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) has cleared the path for United States (U.S.) extradition proceedings against Guyana’s Opposition Leader Azruddin Mohamed and his father, prominent businessman Nazar ‘Shell’ Mohamed, to move forward.
