Castro says unannounced visit found 40 men held in two rooms at San Antonio ICE check-in

Rep. Joaquin Castro says an unannounced inspection of San Antonio’s ICE check-in facility found 40 men packed into two holding rooms, many detained on the way to work, as families waited outside.
