Carney misses UN event, Lametti steps in to make the case for multilateralism

UNITED NATIONS — Canada’s Representative to the United Nations made the case for multilateralism after Prime Minister Mark Carney missed the event at the General Assembly on Monday because of technical problems at a key regional air traffic control centre that halted operations at every major airport in the New York City area. Hundreds of
