Cambodia cites UN, China in renewed call for return of 20,000 displaced civilians

Cambodia’s Minister of Information, Neth Pheaktra, noted that more than seven months after Cambodia and Thailand signed the Joint Statement of the Extraordinary General Border Committee, the agreement remains partially implemented, with thousands of Cambodian civilians still unable to return to their villages and farmland.
